Eli’s World Famous Dog Lodging Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates doglodgingco.com and provides dog boarding and daycare services in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you request a booking, fill out a form on this site, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and service address if you request pickup or drop-off.
Information about your dog. Breed, sex, age, vaccination records, feeding and medication instructions, behavioral notes, and veterinary contact information.
Booking and payment information. Dates of service, services requested, and invoice history. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server logs when you visit this site, including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use your information
- To schedule, provide, and bill for boarding, daycare, and related services
- To contact you about your dog while in our care, including photos and updates
- To send booking confirmations, pickup and drop-off reminders, invoices, and review requests by text message and email
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To keep records required for our business and for your dog’s safety
- To send occasional offers and updates about our services, where you have not opted out
Text messages
We send text messages to the mobile number you provide, for the purposes described above. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by your booking activity.
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the number below. We honor opt-out requests immediately and permanently unless you ask us to resume.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
How we share information
- Service providers who help us operate the business — our booking and customer records system, our invoicing and payment processor, and our text messaging provider. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Veterinarians and emergency contacts you have designated, or any veterinarian, if your dog needs medical attention while in our care.
- Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect the safety of a person or animal.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and dog records for as long as you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterward, so that returning customers do not have to re-submit their dog’s information and so we can meet our record-keeping and tax obligations.

- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or contact us
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us at the number or email below and we will respond within a reasonable time
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
