These terms apply to boarding, daycare, and related services provided by Eli’s World Famous Dog Lodging Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) and to your use of doglodgingco.com. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide home-based dog boarding and daycare at our Atlanta locations, along with optional add-on services such as baths and pickup or drop-off transport. Current services and rates are published on our Services page and may change.
Booking and scheduling
- Daycare days must be booked by Sunday night for the coming week. Spots are limited and last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
- Boarding reservations are confirmed when we confirm them in writing, by text or email.
- We reserve the right to decline or end any booking, including for behavioral reasons, at our discretion.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that:
- The information you give us about your dog — including breed, age, health, vaccination status, medication, and behavioral history — is accurate and complete.
- Your dog is current on all vaccinations required by Georgia law and by us, and you will provide records on request.
- Your dog has no history of aggression toward people or other dogs that you have not disclosed to us.
- You are the owner of the dog, or are authorized by the owner to place the dog in our care.
Failure to disclose a bite history, a contagious condition, or a medical need is grounds for immediate termination of service without refund.
Health and emergency care
If your dog becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will attempt to contact you and your designated emergency contact. If we cannot reach you and we judge that your dog needs care, we may seek veterinary treatment, and you are responsible for the cost of that treatment.
Group care carries inherent risk. Dogs in group settings may be exposed to illness — including kennel cough despite vaccination — or sustain minor scrapes and injuries during normal play. By placing your dog in our care you accept these ordinary risks.
Payment
- Invoices are issued for services rendered and are due on the terms stated on the invoice.
- Unpaid balances may result in our declining future bookings.
- Packages and memberships are non-refundable and expire per the terms published on our Services page.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible. We may decline future bookings from customers who repeatedly no-show or cancel at the last minute.
Photos
We may take photos and video of your dog and use them in our marketing, including social media and our website. If you do not want your dog’s photo used publicly, tell us and we will not use it. We never publish your name or contact information.
Abandonment
A dog not picked up by the agreed pickup date, with no contact from you, will be considered abandoned after a reasonable period and handled in accordance with Georgia law. You remain responsible for all charges incurred.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
